0.2mm Gilt Wire - 25 meters  

25 meters of gilt wire 0.2mm diameter - 28 guage.

Gilt is about ½ % of Gold on silver plated copper. Gilt metal threads are similar in appearance to the Gold Plated but Gilt tends to be more yellow in colour than the Gold Plate.

Ideal for tiara making.

Attaching beads to your tiara

Use this wire to attach the beads to your tiara. Take a 1m length of wire and wrap the end around your tiara base and thread a bead onto a 3cm length of wire. Bend your wire back down and wrap once more onto the base to secure it. Take the piece of wire with the bead and twist - voila!

Remember your wire will become 50% shorter when you twist it.
