Art Clay Silver is an exciting modelling material that can be modelled like a fine-textured clay and when fired becomes pure solid silver. The clay can be fired in a kiln, but using a blow torch, or simply by placing it on an ordinary gas hob.
Art Clay Silver Introductory Pendants, Beads, Baubles & Charms Workshop
Come along and have fun with Art Clay Silver with our expert tutor Vanessa Peck on this comprehensive introduction to metal clay jewellery - in the morning you will learn to make pendants & charms using metal clay and in the afternoon you will make beads and bau (lentil beads, scrolls, tubes & rounds with various textures) and baubles to include in your jewellery designs.
The workshop cost includes two 7g packs of art clay silver, findings (jump rings, earwires & headpins in sterling silver) and use of all the tools and supplies in the workshop. Refreshments tea, coffee, biscuits and soft drinks are included but you are asked to bring your own packed lunch.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners or improvers who want to add to their jewellery making skills.

Art Clay Silver Express Workshop - Pendants & Charms
During the Express Art Clay Silver Workshop you will design, make and finish a pure silver pendant and/or charms and in the process will learn all of the basic skills necessary for successfully working with silver clay.
This workshop is ideal for complete beginners, being only 4 hours long its designed as an express introduction to art clay silver, no experience of working with metal clay is required.
Cost: £60 which includes 7g of Art Clay Silver (worth £16.50) and use of all tools and other materials in the Spoilt Rotten studio. Refreshments (tea/coffee & biscuits) will also be provided.

During this workshop you will design, make and finish a pure silver ring using Art Clay Silver.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners, no experience of working with silver clay is required.
