Refund policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Spoilt Rotten Beads. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods. All goods must be returned to us promptly in a re-salable condition, if you need us to collect an item from you, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100). You will be notified of the fee at the time of cancellation. This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations are available from your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or your Local Authorities Trading Standards Office.

We do not accept returns of special order items, beads which have been taken off their temporary string, or cut stringing supplies & chain. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Notice of damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be made verbally or by email within 7 days of delivery; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that you are responsibile for the postage costs involved in returning all unwanted or unsuitable items.

Current EU Hygiene regulations mean that we are unable to exchange or refund earring findings.

Please note that if the value of the items that you’re returning takes your total order below our free P&P limit then the amount of the refund you receive will be the value of the goods returned less the relevant P&P charge due.
