Service rating : I love shopping with Spoilt Rotten Beads, they packed and shipped my order quickly, despite the lockdown. I adore their bead soup as it contained lovely two hole beads and plenty of crystal beads in different sizes as well as some colours I probably wouldn't have chosen as they are quite bright, but got me out of my comfort zone to try something new. The best thing is it's such a bargain! Well done on having such a gorgeous array of beads, findings and everything else you could wish to find, all at reasonable prices. I'm so glad I found you, have joined the club and look forward to many more lovely patterns from you and new ideas to try.

Service rating : Might be a good idea to keep a closer eye on your stock control, rather disappointing to order beads for a specific project and find that when the order arrived one item was missing and a refund had been issued for that item. Presume your stock control system was unaware that the item was out of stock whem I ordered it.
