Black Honey Necklace
This necklace was designed by Mandy using our gunmetal findings and chain, silver plated bali beads, Swarovski Crystals in Jet and handmade Millefoire glass beads…lovely!
Ingredients
2 x 2mm Gunmetal Crimp Tubes
1 x Gunmetal Toggle Clasp
2 x Fancy Silver Plated Bali Beads
2 x Dome Silver Plated Bali Beads
2 x Charcoal Millefoire Round Beads
6 x Jet 8mm Round Swarovski Crystal Beads
Tools Required: Crimp Pliers, Chain Nose Pliers, Side Cutters
Method
1. Begin by cutting two 11cm lengths of gunmetal curb chain (this will make a necklace with a finished length of 44cm or 17inches so do cut longer lengths of chain if you’d like your necklace bigger than this).
2. Next cut a 35cm length of Beadalon 19 Strand wire and crimp one end of this wire to one of the pieces of chain using the crimp tubes and your crimping pliers. Snip off any excess wire using your side cutters.
3. Next thread the beads onto the Beadalon in the pattern shown in the picture
4. Then crimp the other end of the Beadalon onto the other piece of gunmetal chain and snip off any excess wire.
5. Finally attach the toggle clasp to the chain using the jump rings and your chain nose pliers.
