An Important Update
We wanted to share a little update with everybody and be as transparent as possible with our lovely beady community ๐ค
Over the past few weeks, Spoilt Rotten Beads has been going through a major warehouse and business transition behind the scenes. Unfortunately, we had some speed bumps which caused more disruption than we anticipated โ particularly around order dispatch times and customer service response times.
We know some of you have been left frustrated, worried or disappointed, and we genuinely understand why. ๐
Whilst we canโt publicly discuss private staffing or internal business matters, our full focus right now is on stabilising operations, supporting customers and getting everything running smoothly again moving forward.
โจ Whatโs happening right now?
- ๐ฆ Orders are continuing to be packed and dispatched daily.ย
- ๐ Customer service emails are actively being worked through ASAP.
- ๐ ๏ธ Systems and processes are currently being improved behind the scenes.
- ๐ก We are transitioning into new premises under new management, online orders only at this time. ย
- ๐ธ Our goal is to return to our usual speedy dispatch and service standards as quickly as possible!
๐ชบ Your orders and details remain safe and secure. We apologise hugely for our initial backlog delays and are working overtime to get back to usual expected times. ย
