How long will my order take to arrive?
We prioritise Royal Mail Special Delivery (order by 12 noon Mon–Fri for same-day despatch) and Totally Spoilt Priority 1st Class items. All other 1st and 2nd Class orders are packed in the order they’re received. We aim to despatch within 24 hours (excl. weekends/bank holidays).
- UK 2nd Class Tracked — 4–5 working days after despatch (not guaranteed).
- UK 1st Class Tracked — 2–3 working days after despatch (not guaranteed).
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — next working day to UK Mainland when ordered by 12 noon and in stock. Royal Mail don’t collect Sat/Sun/Bank Holidays; orders placed after 12pm Friday go Monday for delivery by Tuesday evening.
How does Click & Collect work?
Free collection from our Haddenham store (warehouse). Order by 9am for same-day collection Mon–Fri. Collections are between 12 noon and 2:30pm. UK customers only; not available for special-order items.

Do you ship outside of the UK (internationally)?
Yes. We use Royal Mail for international orders.
- Europe — £5.25
- Rest of World — £10.95
- FREE Europe delivery on orders over £50; FREE Worldwide delivery on orders over £100.
- ALL EU Orders under £150 are delivered with no additional charges or taxes to pay. Additionally orders over £150 to the following EU countries are also delivered with no additional duties and taxes to pay: Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden and Cyrprus. Orders take approx 5 days to arrive.
- ALL Orders to USA, Switzerland and Norway are Delivered Duty Paid (no additional duties/taxes to pay on delivery). Orders take approx 5-6 days to arrive.
- Other destinations ship via Royal Mail International Tracked (you may need to pay local duties/taxes). Orders to South Africa ship via Parcelforce Global Priority (£35). We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
Do you deliver to the Channel Islands?
Yes. Rates are the same as UK Mainland — FREE over £30. Select Jersey or Guernsey as the country at checkout to avoid VAT, while keeping UK postage rates.
What happens if my order has not arrived?
In the rare event your order hasn’t arrived, or tracking is “stuck”, please wait 14 working days (excl. weekends/bank holidays) before contacting us.
If it’s been 10 working days, email customerservice@spoiltrottenbeads.co.uk with your order number and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail and resolve it as swiftly as possible.
