We prioritise Royal Mail Special Delivery (order by 12 noon Monday-Friday for same day despatch) and Totally Spoilt Priority 1st Class items.

All other 1st and 2nd Class orders are packed in the order in which they are received. We aim to dispatch all 1st and 2nd Class orders within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends and bank holidays.

UK 2nd Class Delivery – Our lowest cost but also our slowest delivery option. Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked with electronic proof of delivery (4-5 working days after despatch but orders can take longer to arrive depending on the Royal Mail – not a guaranteed service) ✔️

UK 1st Class Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class Packet Post Tracked with electronic proof of delivery (2-3 working days after despatch – not a guaranteed service) ✔️

Royal Mail Special Deilvery – Next Working Day – UK Mainland Only. If you need your beads in a hurry, for a fee of £9.95 we will send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Order by 12 noon and providing everything is in stock your parcel will be rushed through and sent Special Delivery. It should arrive by 10pm the following day (including Saturdays). Please note that Royal Mail do not collect from us on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays – therefore if you place an order over a weekend or after 12pm on a Friday your parcel will be sent on the next business day (Monday) and will arrive before 9pm on the Tuesday. ✔️

Our Click and Collect option is a free service where you can collect your order directly from our Warehouse.

Select the Click and Collect option and check out online and we’ll have your order ready for you to collect from our Haddenham store. Please order by 9am for collection the same day (Monday-Friday) ✔️

Orders can only be collected between 12 noon and 2.30pm ✔️

This option is only available for UK customers and is not available for special order items.

Orders shipped to the following destinations are delivered Duty Paid (no duties, taxes or charges to pay - just receive your package as normal)

USA, Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden and Cyprus

For shipping to other destinations we use Royal Mail's International Tracked service and you may need to pay your government's duties and taxes in order to receive your parcel.

Yes we do deliver to the Channel Islands! We charge the same rate as UK Mainland Delivery – FREE for orders over £30.

However you will need to select either Jersey or Guernsey as your COUNTRY in the address fields at the check out – if you do so then you will not pay the VAT on your order but will only be charged UK postage rates.

In the rare event that your order has not been delivered, or your tracking has gotten 'stuck', please wait 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before contacting us.

Rarely, packages can take longer than expected for a variety of reasons.

Please note - Royal Mail 2nd Class post is a slower service and whilst the majority of packages arrive in 4-5 days, some can take longer.

If you've waited 10 working days and still haven't had your package arrive, please get in touch via email (customerservice@spoiltrottenbeads.co.uk) quoting your order number, which you'll find on your confirmation email.

We will then be able to enquire with Royal Mail where possible, and endeavour to resolve the issue for you as swiftly as possible.
