PRICING
Spoilt Rotten Beads reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of manufacturers increasing cost of materials.
QUALITY
As semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls and tagua nuts are natural products, colours, shapes and sizes may vary slightly. Miyuki produce a vast array of seed and delica beads with many different finishes. Each finish will react slightly differently to friction, light, cosmetics and detergents. DELIVERY
Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, subject to availability. If your order is urgent, just let us know by calling us on 01353 749853 or E-mail customerservice@spoiltrottenbeads.co.uk we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
We offer several different delivery options and FREE UK 2nd Class delivery when you spend £30 or more.
We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control.
Please note that our cut off for same day despatch for Special Delivery is 12 noon Monday-Friday.

Standard UK 2nd Class Tracked is FREE for all orders over £30.00.
In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered please wait 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before contacting us by email (customerservice@spoiltrottenbeads.co.uk) quoting your order number. We will then check the electronic delivery/GPS information with Royal Mail and will endevour to resolve the issue for you.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Our cut off time for next day delivery is 12 noon Monday to Friday. If you order before 12 noon and opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery then your order will be sent by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service which is a guaranteed next day service and is tracked. Please note that Royal Mail do not collect from us on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays, so if you place an order over a weekend or after 12 noon on a Friday then your order will be sent out on the next working day i.e. Monday and will arrive with you on the following working day – Tuesday.

PERSONAL SHOPPING CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a booked personal shopping appointment please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at customerservice@spoiltrottenbeads.co.uk and quoting your order number and the date you are booked. Cancel with 24 hours notice for a full refund. We regret that we are unable to refund cancellations with less than 24 hours notice unless we are able to fill your slot with another customer.
BIG BEADY WEEKEND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a booked class please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at customerservice@spoiltrottenbeads.co.uk quoting your order number and the class you are booked to attend. Cancel by the 1st September 2025 for a full refund. Cancellations after 1st September 2025 (Autumn Gathering) will only be refunded in the event that we are able to resell your place.
By placing an order and booking a workshop you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms.
DOWNLOADABLE PATTERNS POLICY
Patterns purchased from Spoilt Rotten Beads will be available to download a maximum of 3 times – we recommend that you save the pattern onto your computer. You are welcome to use the patterns to create your own items to wear, gift or sell, but please do not reproduce our patterns or use them to resell, share or teach – doing so is a breach of our copyright
Due to the nature of patterns we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Spoilt Rotten Beads. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods. All goods must be returned to us promptly in a re-salable condition, if you need us to collect an item from you, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100). You will be notified of the fee at the time of cancellation. This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations are available from your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or your Local Authorities Trading Standards Office.
We do not accept returns of special order items, beads which have been taken off their temporary string, or cut stringing supplies & chain. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Notice of damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be made verbally or by email within 7 days of delivery; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that you are responsibile for the postage costs involved in returning all unwanted or unsuitable items.
Current EU Hygiene regulations mean that we are unable to exchange or refund earring findings.

Please note that if the value of the items that you’re returning takes your total order below our free P&P limit then the amount of the refund you receive will be the value of the goods returned less the relevant P&P charge due.
SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion and only one promotion can be used per order. Voucher codes and offers will be applied after any other deductions have been calculated.
In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the promotion code will be deemed to be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum in cash exceeding this value, less any delivery costs charged on the original order, will be returned to the customer.

Limitation of Liability
While we ensure compliance with GPSR and other safety standards, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
These terms and conditions replace all previous versions, are correct as of April 2025 and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
