The cat is out of the bag... welcome to our brand new website! Yay!
We've spent many, many months working really hard to improve the Spoilt Rotten Beads online shop, and have been implementing feedback you've given us over the past few years.
All the full details are below but a few key points to note to get shopping ASAP;
π You'll now get a secure 6-digit code via your log in email when you attempt to log in. This verifies your account and is our new super secure log in method.
π Your Totally Spoilt membership discounts will automatically apply - access and manage your membership from your Account/Profile are anytime.
We're so pleased to be able to share it with you, and we're very excited about how fresh, fast and easy to use it is. For example, our Search facility is now super smart, making looking for your favourite products easy peasy (as well as finding relevant inspiration when browsing). Our Categories have also had a makeover, and are now in fewer but better organised places in our Menu. Our Jewellery Making Hub has been simplified and streamlined. No fluff, just endless beading inspiration!
Whilst we know you're going to love how intuitive and slick it is, you may have some initial questions - we've dropped the most common ones from our website testing group below...
What's changed?
We've completely redeveloped the website, meaning quite a lot. But although this may be true, we've done our very best to make these updates super beneficial and/or ones that run behind the scenes. Keeping things simple, yet inspirational, was our goal, and we really think we nailed it! We hope you do too.
We still have all the same great products you know and love, but now our online shop is much better equipped for browsing, with brand new systems to keep things moving super fast and for you to have a great shopping experience. Checking out is a much more streamlined process, too!
The security we use is still top notch, and our first priority, meaning you'll still be shopping safely and securely - no matter how you choose to pay. We still never store your payment details or have access to them. We've also got some brand new payment options for you, such as Apple, GooglePay and Klarna. Woohoo!
How do I log in to my account?
To Log In, simply tap the little 'person' icon at the top right of your page if you're on a Desktop device (like a PC or laptop), or tap the Menu icon (3 stacked horizontal lines) and then 'My Account'.
If your account hasn't been used for some time, it may have been archived to protect your data. Every customer who has been active (ie. made a purchase) in the past 12 months should now be set up on our shiny new site. Simply pop your email in and you'll get a secure 6 digit code via email to confirm it's you accessing your account.
Prefer to just start fresh with a new email address? You can set up a brand new account any time.
Am I still Totally Spoilt?
Of course! All Totally Spoilt memberships have been moved onto our new system, and your benefits will be automatically available as usual. You can see your Membership info and manage it from your Account/Profile area.
What about my old orders?
Our brand new system doesn't pull through previous orders as the systems don't "talk" to each other in quite the same way. Moving forward, you'll see any and all of your orders in your Account area if they're placed on the new website (as of 5/9/25).
If you did want to get in touch about a previous order, don't worry! Just drop us an email, or give us a ring, and we'll be happy to help find them on our old system.
Where are BeadBucks?
We're still working very hard on a fix for our points-based BeadBucks system, as it is totally bespoke to Spoilt Rotten. Unfortunately, and with our apologies, we didn't quite find a solution in time for our launch day. At the moment they are temporarily unavailable. Our tech wizards are working super hard and hope to have this fixed within the next few weeks, with an expected date of no later than 18/9/25.
Whilst the BeadBucks dashboard isn't quite ready yet - you'll still earn Bucks on any orders placed in the meantime ready to be redeemed once they're back up and running.
We'll notify you via email once they're back if you're subscribed to our Mailing List (sign up at the very bottom of this page in 2 ticks if you're unsure).
Where are my downloadable patterns?
Pattern downloads have not automatically moved onto our new system. But don't worry, you can add as many or as few as you like to your basket and checkout. You can then access them again, whenever you like, from your order email or the relevant Order in your Account.
We're also working hard on even more updates, and will add a specific Downloads management dashboard to your Account area very soon.Β

We've got lots of exciting New Arrivals, restocks, and seasonal goodies arriving daily at the moment and we hope you love getting inspired as we move into the magical last quarter of the year.
