Delivery Options Explained.

Standard UK 1st Class

Royal Mail 1st Class – 1-2 Working Days after despatch, FREE when you spend £30.00. We prioritise 1st class orders and aim to pack and despatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

UK 2nd Class

Royal Mail 2nd Class – 3 Working Days after despatch, FREE when you spend £30.00. We do not prioritise 2nd class orders and you may have to wait a little longer for your order to be despatched if you select this option.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Day

(Order by 2pm Monday-Friday for next day delivery). Please note if your order weighs in excess of 1kg it will be sent by Parcel Force on a next working day tracked service and you will be refunded for the difference in postage costs.

Click and Collect - Free!

Click and collect from our store in Haddenham near Cambridge, please allow two hours before collecting your order and we’ll make sure it’s ready for you to pick up! Order by 2pm Monday – Saturday for same day collection.

International Orders

Our international orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked service. Orders to European addresses tend to take around 4-5 days to arrive after despatch and orders to all other destinations can take a little longer (around 5-10 days).
