What are your delivery charges?

Royal Mail UK postage is FREE for all UK orders over £30 or just £20 with a Totally Spoilt Membership

Delivery costs include VAT for UK and exclude VAT for all other destinations (EU and Rest of World). If your parcel is being delivered outside of the UK VAT will automatically be deducted from the shipping charge on checkout as soon as you enter your non UK shipping address.

We prioritise Royal Mail Special Delivery (order by 12 noon Monday-Friday for same day despatch) and Totally Spoilt Priority 1st Class items.

All other 1st and 2nd class are packed in the order in which they are received, we aim to despatch all 1st and 2nd class orders within 24-48 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends and bank holidays – you can read more about how we work here.

UK Second Class Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class Packet Post with electronic proof of delivery (3-4 working days after despatch – not a guaranteed service)

UK 1st Class Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class Packet Post with electronic proof of delivery (2-3 working days after despatch – not a guaranteed service)

Click and Collect – FREE!

Select the Click and Collect option and check out online and we’ll have your order ready for you to collect from our Haddenham store – order by 9am for collection the same day (Monday-Friday).

Orders can only be collected between 12 noon and 2.30pm.

This option is only available for UK customers and is not available for special order items.

Royal Mail Special Deilvery – Next Working Day – UK Mainland Only

If you do need your beads really speedily for an extra charge of £9.95 we will send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Order by 12 noon and providing everything is in stock your parcel will be sent Special Delivery and should arrive by 9pm the following day (including Saturdays). Please note that Royal Mail do not collect on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays – therefore if you place an order over a weekend or after 12pm on a Friday your parcel will be sent on the next business day (Monday) and will arrive before 9pm on the Tuesday.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands and if so what are your charges?

Yes we do deliver to the Channel Islands.

We charge the same rate as UK Mainland Delivery – FREE for orders over £30.

However you will need to select either Jersey or Guernsey as your COUNTRY in the address fields at the check out – if you do so then you will not pay the VAT on your order but will only be charged UK postage rates.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do, we use Royal Mail to send all of our international orders.

Europe – £5.25, Rest of World* – £10.95

European Delivery is FREE for all orders over £50.00

Worldwide Delivery is FREE for all orders over £100

*Orders to South Africa are shipped via Parcel Force Global Priority at a cost of £35.00

*** Sadly we can no longer ship to Germany due to the costs involved with the LUCID packaging register

Orders shipped outside of the UK are exempt from the UK’s sales tax (VAT) and 20% VAT will be deducted from your total at the check out. Please note that VAT is not applicable to books or magazines.

Customers outside of the UK – Please be aware that you may be liable for import duty and/or other taxes levied by your government – these charges are your responsibility to pay and you may find that your goods will not be delivered until you have paid these charges.

USA, Canada & Australia Customers – Save money on delivery charges – Opt for our Order Collate Service

Customers in the USA, Canada and Australia can take advantage of our Order Collate service and benefit from free shipping once the values of your orders reaches £100.

Simply select the Order Collate shipping option at the check out (this option will be visible to you once your basket reaches £15) and our packing team will pack your order and store it in our warehouse until you call it forward.

Once the value of your orders reaches £100 let us know and we will be able to ship free of charge via Royal Mail International Tracked.

What happens if my order has not arrived?

In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered please wait 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before contacting us by email (customerservice@spoiltrottenbeads.co.uk) quoting your order number. We will then check the electronic delivery/GPS information with Royal Mail and will endevour to resolve the issue for you.
