Spoilt Rotten Beads began back in 2006 from a love of jewellery making, creativity and all things beady.
Today, SRB is one of the UK’s best loved online bead stores, stocking thousands of beads, findings and jewellery making supplies including the full range of Miyuki Delica beads, alongside tools, kits and crafting goodies for every level of maker.
In May 2026, Spoilt Rotten Beads entered a brand new chapter under new management, with a continued focus on creativity, community and making beading accessible to everyone.
We’re a small team of genuine bead enthusiasts and believe creativity should feel welcoming, inspiring and fun. Alongside our products, we also provide free downloadable beading patterns, tutorials, inspiration and community content to help support makers at every stage of their creative journey.
We’re also passionate about doing things thoughtfully wherever possible — from supporting charitable causes to making conscious decisions around packaging, sustainability and the wider crafting community.

Do you have a minimum order value?
Nope! You can order as much or as little as you like. Whether you're planning a huge stash restock or just replacing a few needles, there’s no minimum order value.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible during our working week. During especially busy periods, launches or warehouse updates, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
What is your refund & exchange policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on cut chain/stringing materials or beads removed from temporary strands.

Please note: Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns on earring findings.
What are BeadBucks?
BeadBucks are our customer rewards system. You’ll earn points as you shop which can then be converted into store credit to spend on future orders.

Are my payment details safe?
Absolutely. Customer privacy and security are extremely important to us.
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers and encrypted connections. We comply fully with UK GDPR regulations and never sell customer data.
Do your products comply with UK & EU safety regulations?
Yes — we work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure products comply with applicable UK and EU REACH regulations wherever required.
As with all jewellery making supplies, responsibility for final product compliance rests with the maker of the finished item.
