Our bricks and mortar shop is currently closed and we have temporarily suspended our click and collect service.
However we are processing mail order as usual and our warehouse teams are working 7 days a week packing and despatching your beady orders.
To protect our staff we are working split shifts in very small teams in order that we can maintain social distancing – we do apologise but there may be a few days delay in despatching your order.
Royal Mail are currently experiencing some significant delays across the country so please do allow longer for your order to arrive with you.
If you require your order urgently please select the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at the checkout.
Getting in touch – our number is 01353 749853 – we’re not able to answer our phones lines at the moment, but if you leave us a message then we’ll get back to you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). You can always ensure a speedy reply to any queries by emailing us at [email protected]
Our packing teams are working split shift patterns in our warehouse with careful hygiene protocols and thorough cleans between shifts. Due to the reduced staffing in our warehouse and delays at Royal Mail your package of beady joy will take a little longer to get to you.
