Pearl Knotting Supplies

Everything you need to get started at knotting pearls and a video tutorial to help you get started!

To hand knot pearls in the traditional way you will need to gather the following supplies:

Freshwater Pearls (one strand will make a finished necklace that measures 16-17 inches)

Griffin Silk No 3 in a colour to match your pearls (this size works best with the freshwater pearls that we sell)

French wire – medium size is great (this protects the silk from rubbing against the clasp)

GS Hypo Cement Glue
