Service rating : the website is easy to navigate and will convert to US dollars. also that so many of the patterns are in pdf format and can be downloaded to say the environment.

Service rating : I love that you have free patterns and tutorials that show people how to use the beads and supplies. Instant downloads are great. I haven't tried the beads and supplies yet but it's on my list.
Product : Easy to understand and great instructions. Lists everything I need too. The pictures help me learn how to do the project so much easier.
I could not download the free pattern, there was a link sent to my email and I kept trying then it said I reached my limit but I never received anything.
Helpful and friendly staff. A good selection of goodies to tempt us beaders.
It would help if all items had a 'provence' label as if one wished to order more of the same colour/finish it could be difficult. Also, machine/scanner readable barcode price labels would make the checkout process more efficient and less prone to error on large purchases.
Being able to download the free patterns without making a stock purchase is excellent, especially for those of us with large stashes.
