Tick Tock, it’s Bead O’Clock!
Lynne designed this super sparkly watch using eye pins, crystals, hill tribe spacers and jump rings!
22 x Silver Plated Eye Pins
22 x Silver Plated Hill Tribe Spacers
44 x Crystal Rondelles in the 4x6mm size
40 x Silver Plated Open Jump Rings
Silver Plated 3 Strand Clasp
1. Thread the beads onto just 20 of the eye pins in the pattern shown (crystal, hill tribe spacer, crystal) and use your round nose pliers to create a loop at the other end of each eye pin to close it off and keep the beads in place (make sure you make your loops nice and tight up against the beads).
2. Now use the oval jump rings to link the loops on the eye pins together into groups of 10 (one set of 10 for each side of the watch). You’ve now made both straps.
3. Now take one of the reaining eye pins and thread a crystal onto it, then take it through the loop on the watch face and add another crystal, make a loop with your round nose pliers to secure and repeat for the last remaining eye pin.
4. To assemble the watch use the jump rings on the end of the straps to attach to to the eye pins on the watch face and the loops at either end of the clasp.
