Brazilian Linhasita Waxed Cord

Not only is this 2-ply polyester cord very strong and durable, it’s also washable, colorfast and will not fray. Made by Linhasita in Brazil this cord is approx 1mm thick

Another feature is the ability to burn the ends with a flame (such as torch or lighter) for a nice seamless finish.
You can even incorporate extras pieces if and when needed and it will bond well and remain strong.

Brazilian Waxed Cord is heavily waxed with a vegan friendly mineral wax and feels sticky when you first start using it – however the sticky feeling very quickly disappears and leaves a lovely silky cord which thanks to the waxing holds its knots very well and makes it perfectly suited for macrame work.
